Important Information – Orders
Order Holding Period
Orders are held for 10 days. If not paid in this time, they are deleted. If the 10 days go into a new month, your order must be paid and reflected by the 2nd.
Tip: Submit your orders on Monday to get the full 10-day hold. Orders after the 20th of the month get extra days and are deleted on the 3rd of the next month.
Always check your order is still on hold before paying.
Order Deletion
Orders cannot be merged or changed. Mistakes = delete & submit new order. Orders placed after the 20th stay on hold until the 2nd of the next month.
Placing Orders
Place as many orders as you like each month. Commission = 25% on all products (after VAT).
Shipping Costs:
Orders Under R750: R110 delivery / R85 PEP Paxi
Over R750 or more: R25 delivery / FREE PEP Paxi
Make sure your order is submitted before paying & that it's still on hold.
