Important Information:
1. Order Holding Period:
Orders are held for 10 days. If not paid within this period, they are deleted. If the 10 days extend into a new month, the order will be deleted by the 3rd of that month. Payment must be made and reflect by the 3rd.
Best Practices for Order Submission - Submit Orders on a Monday:
If an order is submitted on a Monday, it will be deleted on the following Wednesday (after 10 days). If the order was placed on the Sunday before the Monday, it will only be on hold until the coming Wednesday. This approach ensures a full 10-day hold.
If your order is submitted after the 20th of the month, they will keep the stock longer, and the order will only be deleted on the 3rd of the following month, giving you a few extra days.
Submit Before You Can Pay:
Please make sure your order is still on hold before making payment.
2. Order Deletion:
Orders placed after the 20th will stay on hold till 2nd of the following month. If not, payment received your order will be deleted automatically.
Orders cannot be merged or changed. If there's a mistake, the order must be deleted and a new one placed.
3. Placing Orders:
You can place as many orders as you want each month. Your commission is 25% on all products.
Shipping costs vary:
- Orders under R750: Shipping is R 80.
- Orders R750 or more: Shipping is R 25+_
Make sure your order has been submitted before you pay.
