How to Track an Order

Working days = Monday to Friday only. Weekends and public holidays do NOT count.
So if you paid on a Friday, day 1 starts on Monday. If there is a public holiday during the week, add an extra day.
Sometimes couriers can't get through all their deliveries in one day — if that happens, your parcel may arrive 1 day later than expected. This is normal — just track it using the links below.
When you choose PAXI delivery, Avroy Shlain will send your parcel to your nearest PEP store. You do not need to do anything — just wait for the SMS messages below. Save them so you know what to expect!

Do not lose SMS 2! You need the PIN to collect your parcel. Show the SMS to the cashier and bring your ID book — no PIN, no parcel.
You can check where your parcel is at any time. You need your parcel/waybill number — this is the number that looks like BA566849001001 in the PAXI SMS.
To track your parcel or follow up on a delivery, call the head office landline or send an email. They track directly with the couriers.
