How Can I Track Orders

Avroy Shlain recently changed couriers so that we will have better, quicker service and ways to track our orders. But unfortunately, as with any service, there have been some hiccups in a few areas.
You should receive a WhatsApp once Avroy Shlain hands over your order to DPD Couriers that message will have your waybill number - this number is how you track your order and attached the tracking method to use for them.
Once the order is out on delivery you should get an SMS with information of the courier that will deliver your box with the waybill number. Make sure you get all your boxes the sms should verify box 1 of 1 if it's one box or box 1 of 2 of two boxes then there should be a box 2 of 2 as well. If you only get one box and not the other, please inquire immediately.
To ensure great service in the future, let's help head office by giving feedback and doing the following:
- 📓 Get yourself a notebook (or for the person who signs for your orders).
- ✍️ Write down the *date and time* with the *order number*.
- ✍️ Let the person *sign* with their *name, surname, and signature* who delivered the box.
- ✍️ Open the box and *check the invoice* to ensure everything on the invoice is in your box. Keep your invoice in a file.
- ✍️ Write in your book if you received everything.
- 📷 *Take a photo* of the items in the box if something is not as ordered.
- ❗If something on the invoice is missing, have the person sign the invoice as well, noting that not all items are there. Mark ✅️ for items received and ❌️ if something is short, and then you sign as well.
- 📱 *If you don't have a notebook, use your phone's notes app to record the details. **Take photos* as proof and save them in a folder in case of any discrepancies or incorrect items.
❣️ Keep a record for yourself. Let's work together by helping head office to give feedback to couriers. This will help ensure we all receive the correct products we ordered. If there's anything you need help with, please give feedback to your manager.

Above is the example of the SMS you will also receive, once you click on the link in the SMS you will be able to see how many parcels you have to get box 1 of 1 or box 1 of 2 and box 2 of 2. You will also be able to see a photo of the driver and his registration with usually his name.

Visit to track it. Use the chat icon on the bottom right to speak with an agent.
WhatsApp Fastway on 0878654094 (have your tracking number ready).
