STEP 1 – How You Earn

You earn in 2 ways:
 Own Sales: 25% profit
 Team Sales Commission: Starting at 2% and growing up to 13% as your team grows.

 Income Potential

• Level 2 (3 recruits, team sales R4 500 – R8 999, personal order R1 500+): 2% = R90 – R180+
• Level 3 (10 BAs, team sales R15 000 – R22 499): 6% = R900 – R1 350+
• Level 4 (16 BAs, team sales R22 500+): 8% = R1 800+
• Group Manager (Sales R21 000 – R52 999): 11% = R2 300 – R5 800+
• Senior Manager (Sales R53 000 – R85 999): 12% = R6 300 – R10 000+
• Executive Manager (Sales R86 000 – R141 999): 12.5% = R10 700 – R17 000+
• Million Rand Manager (Sales R142 000+): 13% = R18 500+

 Key Phrase: The bigger the team, the bigger the money!

STEP 2 – Recruit People

• Start with FRANCS: Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbours, Colleagues, Social groups
• Simple Script:
  “I’m building my beauty business — do you also want to earn extra money?”

No recruits = no growth.

STEP 3 – Activate Recruits

• Every new BA must place a first order of R750+
• Help them get brochures & take 1 order in their first week

Recruits must sell to count.

STEP 4 – Support Your Team

• Weekly calls/WhatsApps:
  “Do you have brochures? Do you have orders? Do you need help?”
• Encourage, don’t nag A happy BA = an active BA.

STEP 5 – Handle Excuses

• “No time” → Do it part-time
• “Don’t know people” → We’ll show you how
• “Don’t like selling” → Just share products

Turn excuses into solutions.

STEP 6 – Climb the Ladder

• Level 2: 2% (R90 – R180+)
• Level 3: 6% (R900 – R1 350+)
• Level 4: 8% (R1 800+)
• Managers+: 11–13% = R2 300 up to R18 500+
