What Does It Mean to Be a Avroy Shlain Manager?
After becoming a Beauty Advisor, you can start your own team right away. You will earn a commission on your team sales, helping others just as your manager helped you get started.
However, I highly suggest that you know the following before you start helping others:
1. How to place your own orders.
2. How to track your own orders.
3. How to get customers and regular monthly orders totaling at least R1500 (this is the level of orders you need as a manager to earn from your team).
4. How and where to ask for help when needed.
5. The earnings potential as a Beauty Advisor and the procedure to sign up someone new and take responsibility for a new Beauty Advisor.
6. How to sign up new members and train your team to know what you know and take their business to the next level.

What & How will you Earn?
Getting Started as a Beauty Advisor
1. Selling Products: As a new Beauty Advisor, you'll earn 25% on all products sold.
2. Level 1 Beauty Advisor:
- Sign up 3 new Beauty Advisors.
- Have personal sales of R1500 (paid and invoiced by the last day of the month).
- Team sales must be R4500 (paid orders).
- Earn 2% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account.
3. Earning Credits:
- Levels 1, 2, and 3: Earn credits into your Avroy Shlain account on the 15th of every month.
- Reach and maintain Level 3 for 2-3 months, then complete the Manager forms you will be able to download later on in this training.
4. Level 4 Beauty Advisor:
- Once you reach Level 4, you'll start earning directly into your bank account on the 15th of each month, provided all criteria are met.
- Payments are based on invoiced sales (pre-paid orders).
5. No Bad Debt:
- You get paid once an order is invoiced and paid.
- No worries about unpaid orders, as payment is required upfront.
6. Effort Pays Off:
- Your income reflects the effort and time you put into your business.
- There is no easy money; what you invest in your business comes back in your income at the end of the month.
