How to Delete / Cancel an Unpaid Order

This video shows exactly how to cancel an unpaid order.

Steps

Have your account number and order number ready
(You receive the order number via SMS)
The message must come from the mobile number on your account
Save the WhatsApp bot number: 079 187 5269
Send “Hi”
Click Cancel Order
Send:
- Your account number
- Your order number
You’ll receive confirmation that the order is deleted
(You can now resubmit if needed)

How To Check Stock

How to Check Stock Using the Avroy Shlain Chat Bot

1.

Send a Message:
- Send "HI" to the Avroy Shlain Chat Bot at 0791875269.

2.

Wait for Response:
- Wait for a response. It can take a minute.

3.

Select Option:
- Click on "See All Options" and select "Check Stock."

4.

Provide Product ID:
- The chat bot will ask you to respond with the product ID (the item code as per the brochure). Send only the code.

5.

Stock Information:
- The chat bot will respond with the number of items left in stock.

Alternative Method:

Check Stock on Website:
- While placing an order on the Avroy Shlain website, if the item code is not available, you will be unable to add it to your cart/trolley.
