- Go to a store that partners with Pay@ (such as major retail chains, convenience stores, etc.).

- At the cashier, provide your payment reference number. This is the same reference you received via SMS on the day you place your order: `*11949YOURACCOUNTNUMBERHERE*

3. πŸ’³ *Complete Payment*:
- Pay the full amount due, and the cashier will process your payment using the reference number. If the amount paid is short, the order will not be released, even if it’s just R10 short.

- Delete the placeholder text and enter only your account number (leave out 11949).

- Click on the method or bank you want to pay with.
- Follow the steps provided, and you can edit the amount from the default R10 to your actual amount due.

4. βœ… *Complete Payment*:
- You will see a "Payment Successful!" message once the payment goes through.
- Your order should be invoiced and shipped the next day. You can follow up with me to ensure the payment is reflecting properly.

*If Your Pay@ Number is Rejected*:
- Please follow up with me or Head Office to ensure the number is correct.
