Post specials and products on your WhatsApp status every day. People who are interested will message you directly — easy!
Friends & Family
Show the brochure to people you know. Give them a date you will place the order. Collect their money first, then place the order. Delivery follows 5 working days (door to door) or 7 working days (PEP collection point) after payment.
Work & Community
Bring the brochure to work, church, or your neighbourhood. People love to buy from someone they trust and see every day!

Log in to your account
Username: Your account number Password: Your own passwordIf your account number has 7 digits, use this password:

Go to Business Online → Reporting
Once logged in, click on Business Online, then click Reporting.

Click Quick Shop at the top
Look at the top of the page and click Quick Shop.

Check your name & address
Make sure you can see your name and correct delivery address before continuing.

Select your delivery address
Choose one of these options:
Door to Door — delivered to your home in 5 working days
Enter your town name — to find the nearest PEP PAXI collection point — 7 working days
Orders R750+ pay less for shipping!

Search for your products
Type the product code or name in the SEARCH bar Or browse products from the list Change the quantity if you need more than 17
Click SUBMIT at the bottom
Once you have added all your products, scroll down and click SUBMIT.

R10 donation — click Continue
A block will pop up at the top asking about a R10 donation. Click Continue or choose to donate R10 — your choice!

Wait for your invoice
Your invoice will pop up on screen. Don't close the page — wait for it to load fully.

Pay for your order
Choose how you want to pay:
Pay online — use your debit or credit card through the portal
Pay in store — screenshot the barcode and pay at a store

Remember to send proof of payment! Your order will not be processed without it.
Orders stay on hold for 10 days only. If not paid in time, the order is cancelled automatically.
