2. Shopping: - Imagine you are in a shop .- Go wild! Pack products into your cart
and test different options
.- You can use codes starting with "ZA" before the product code, but pictures make it even more fun!

3. Navigating the Shop: - It's a huge store! Choose your department: Skin Care , Hair Care
, or Personal Care (for lotion, spray, & roll-on)
.- Sort products by price from low to high
.- Before you head to the till, review what's in your cart
. Add (+) or remove (-) items as needed.
4. Order Details: - Ensure your order is more than R750 to pay only R20 for handling .
5. Checkout:- If you have the correct products in your cart , proceed to the till (Check Out)
.- Click "CHECK OUT" and confirm your delivery address
.- Review your order
.- *Click on Terms & Conditions (ts&cs)*
.- Click "Continue"
.- Click "Pay & Submit"
.- *Click "SUBMIT" at the bottom* until the web says "Thanks for shopping"

2. Open WhatsApp, search "Avroy Shlain Chat"
3. Send "Hi" or "1"
4. Choose "Place Order"
5. Follow the instructions Phone number on your profile MUST match! Contact me to change any details if needed
Send your order to the person who signed you up.
METHOD 1: WhatsApp Me (EASIEST!)
1. Your account number
2. Product codes & how many
3. Pay the discounted amount received after
4. Pay within 10 days (orders deleted on Wednesdays) Orders placed after the 20th have time till 2nd day of the new month to pay.
5. Delivery in 4-7 days!

How to Delete an Order with Head Office

**In this video, I'll show you how to cancel or delete an unpaid order on your account. **
**Steps to follow: **
1. **Have Your Details Ready**: Ensure you have your account number and the correct order number. You should have received an SMS with the order number on the day you submitted it.
2. **Correct Mobile Number**: The message must come from the mobile number on your Avroy Shlain account. If not, it won't work. Update your mobile number in your profile if needed.
3. **Save the Chat Bot Number**: Save the Head Office Chat Bot WhatsApp number 0791875269.
4. **Send a Message**:
- Send "Hi" to the Chat Bot.
- Wait a few minutes for the auto response.
5. **Cancel the Order**:
- Click on "Cancel Order."
- Respond with your rep number (same as your account number with Avroy Shlain). Only send the account number.
- You'll be asked for your order number. Send the order number.
6. **Confirmation**:
- You should receive a message saying, "Your Avroy Shlain cosmetics order has been successfully voided. Order 123455."
- This means the order has been deleted, and you can resubmit.
**Important Notice**
Payment requested before order is sent for delivery
Please note, when placing your Avroy Shlain order, stock is only held for 10 days. After this period, it is automatically deleted by the system. If the 10 days extend into the following month, all unpaid orders will be deleted by the 2nd.
Once paid, your order will be released and delivered within 4-7 workdays (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
As soon as your Avroy Shlain account is opened, you can log in to your account.
