Add (+) or remove (-) items as needed.
4. Order Details: - Ensure your order is more than R750 to pay only R20 for handling 🏷.
5. Checkout:- If you have the correct products in your cart πŸ›’, proceed to the till (Check Out) 🏁.- Click "CHECK OUT" and confirm your delivery address 🏑.- Review your order πŸ“‹.- *Click on Terms & Conditions (ts&cs)* πŸ“œ.- Click "Continue" ➑.- Click "Pay & Submit" πŸ’³.- *Click "SUBMIT" at the bottom* until the web says "Thanks for shopping" πŸ™Œ

You can send your order to the following number 32779 The SMS must come from your mobile number on your profile, otherwise it will not work. 

SMS Order has to be in the correct format. Please see example below.

Note: The SMS ordering system is available days a week excluding between 8pm to 9:30 pm every day, however it is not available on the month end Saturday.

How To Delete an Order

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be altered. This means items cannot be removed or exchanged. If changes are needed, you must first have the unwanted order deleted and then submit a new order.

Send your order to the person who signed you up.

Send the following to your direct upline to help submit your order: Account Number, Page, Item Code, Item description, Quantity, and Price. They will confirm the order and give you the amount to pay. You only have 10 days to pay from the date the order has been submitted, double check before you pay if it's still on hold. 


How to Delete an Order with Head Office

**Steps to follow:**

1. πŸ“‹ **Have Your Details Ready**: Ensure you have your account number and the correct order number. You should have received an SMS with the order number on the day you submitted it.

2. πŸ“± **Correct Mobile Number**: The message must come from the mobile number on your Avroy Shlain account. If not, it won't work. Update your mobile number in your profile if needed.

3. πŸ’Ύ **Save the Chat Bot Number**: Save the Head Office Chat Bot WhatsApp number 0791875269.

4. πŸ’¬ **Send a Message**:
- Send "Hi" to the Chat Bot.
- Wait a few minutes for the auto response.

5. 🚫 **Cancel the Order**:
- Click on "Cancel Order."
- Respond with your rep number (same as your account number with Avroy Shlain). Only send the account number.
- You'll be asked for your order number. Send the order number.

6. βœ… **Confirmation**:
- You should receive a message saying, "Your Avroy Shlain cosmetics order has been successfully voided. Order 123455."
- This means the order has been deleted, and you can resubmit.

Payment requested before order is sent for delivery

Please note, when placing your Avroy Shlain order, stock is only held for 10 days. After this period, it is automatically deleted by the system. If the 10 days extend into the following month, all unpaid orders will be deleted by the 2nd.

Once paid, your order will be released and delivered within 4-7 workdays (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

As soon as your Avroy Shlain account is opened, you can log in to your account.
