How to Register a New Recruit:

1. Click on Organization.
2. Click on Recruit a new BA.
3. Enter the recruiter's Account number in the Recruiter ID field. Click Continue.
4. Enter only the recruit's first name (given name) (no extras like N/A, please).
5. The "Last name" is the surname.
6. Identity number.
7. Enter the "Date of birth" in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY.
8. Enter the cell number in three places: always start with the SA code 27, leaving out the initial 0. For example, my number 0832948752 would look like this: 27832948752.
9. Email to SMS: follow the example 27832948752 (always start with 27). Fill in: 27832948752@sms.vine.co.za. Then they get their account number via sms and updates. IF we enter their email address they will give it via email. But not everyone uses their email.
10. Home Address: fill in where * is. Make sure the postal code is correct, once you enter that the town and province will automatically update. Enter the house number/Stand number and street name as much as possible information. If there is no street name, add rural area but make sure there is a house number. If there are a complex or flats, add that first with the flat or unit number, then follow with the street address.
You can now also add PEP PAXI location but not on the application, first get her registered and after we can add that as an option on her account. She must specify then which one she wants to be her collection point. On their website you can send her the link, she enters her address to see which one is the closest. (NO WORK ADDRESSES ARE ACCEPTED FOR NOW) 
11.  Ignore "Shipping information" we cannot edit or change this yet. Shipping is pre-filled (same as the recruiter’s). This is why you will complete the DDO form after she is registered. 
12. Password: you need to create one. For new BAs in our area, use the following password (without spaces): Area074! Then we your up-line managers can assist when you need help if all are the same.
13. Enrollment Options gives two options - We HAVE to register them as prepay. The back office is outdated and has been updated yet. If you tick the other option and they get credit, then you as manager will be liable if they don't pay their order and will not earn commission until that account is paid up.  They took away the credit option due to fraud and people not paying their accounts.
14. Check □ I have read, and I agree to the T&Cs.
15. Click on Continue
16. Click Process Enrollment
17. Congratulations!

18. Make sure to send your direct upline the details she needs to complete the DDO forms to get her delivery address approved. Name & Surname, Acc Number, Delivery address and Cell Number.
19. Go To https://stayravishing.com/courses now we can send your new beauty advisor their account details. No need to write your own you can just copy them here. Now enter your new rep details on the website, here you can copy and paste their account info without the need to edit. (they MUST have an email if they don't have one use yours, then you can copy and paste her account info) 

Then you know she knows how to login, pay and place her orders and she also gets head office account and payment details. With our WhatsApp group for updates and training info.
