How You Get Paid

**🌟 AVROY SHLAIN Earning Structure 🌟**

**How It Works:**
1. 📖 Show the brochure to a customer.
2. 🛒 The customer places an order with you and pays the brochure price. It's best to get payment upfront, but first check stock.
3. 📩 You place the order with Avroy Shlain and send proof of payment to head office or your upline manager. Then only your order will be sent for delivery. 
4. 📲 You pay Avroy Shlain the discounted amount as Beauty Advisor.
5. 💸 You pay the discounted amount and keep the rest as your commission. Example if your customer orders R100 (R25 rand of the R100 is yours) just keep in mind the shipping amounts, rather order for R750 to pay less for shipping - this will affect your commission)

If you have total orders of R1500 per month your commission is R375 the bigger the order the more, you earn. 

**Commission Calculation:**
1. ➕ Add up your total brochure sales.
2. ➗ Divide the amount by 1.5.
3. ✖️ Multiply the result by 25%.
4. 💰 This is your commission.

**Pre-payment Account:**
- As a beauty advisor, you pay the discounted amount upfront before receiving your order.

**Customer Payment:**
- Your customer pays the brochure price.
- The SMS from head office will show a lower amount than what you collected. The difference is your commission. 

**You earn 25% on all items.**

**Important Points When Placing Your Order:**
1. ⏳ Orders are held for 10 days. If not paid within 10 days, they are deleted. If the 10 days extend into a new month, the order will be deleted by the 2nd.
2. 🗓️ Orders not paid by the 2nd of the following month are deleted. Orders cannot be merged. If there's a mistake, the order must be deleted and a new one placed.

**Shipping Costs:**
- 🚚 Orders over R750: Shipping is +_R25.
- 🚚 Orders under R750: Shipping is +-R60.

**You can place as many orders as you want each month. Your commission remains 25% on all products.**

PLUS Rewards Program: You also have the potential to qualify for extra rewards from the Plus Rewards Program when you qualify in month 1-3. 🌟

As a new Beauty Advisor (BA) You earn 25% commission on all products ordered whether you're ordering for a customer or for yourself. You pay the discounted amount, and your customer pays the price as per brochure. Once the customer pays you, you earn your commission.

**LEVEL 1:**

You can start signing up team members from day one. However, it's important to know how to do the following to take responsibility for your team members and help them succeed.

This is why Avroy Shlain rewards you: You help your team members with the following.

- **Training**: Provide effective training on orders, tracking, queries, returns, payment amounts, etc.
- **Knowledge and Skills**: Equip your team with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their business.
- **Motivation and Support**: Motivate and support your team members. Offer ongoing encouragement, recognition, and assistance to help them overcome challenges.
- **Lead by Example**: Demonstrate the behaviors you expect from your team. Your work ethic, attitude, and commitment will inspire them.
- **Personal Development**: Focus on personal development and never stop learning. Stay updated with industry trends and improve your skills to lead effectively.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you can empower your team to achieve their personal goals and contribute to overall success.

**Earning as a New Manager:**

- Submit a personal order for R1500 or more (brochure price).
- Have team sales of at least R4500 (excluding your own sales).
- Earn 2% of your team sales.

**Commission Payment:**
- Commission is paid into your Avroy Shlain account as credit, which can be deducted from your next order.
- Up to level 3, you get paid into your Avroy Shlain account.
- After level 3, complete the Manager forms to get paid into your personal bank account if all three criteria are met (Team recruits, Team Sales & Personal Sales).
