How You EARN
AVROY SHLAIN Earning Structure
How It Works:
1. 
Show the brochure to customers, and they pay the brochure price (get payment upfront if possible).
2. 
Place the order with Avroy Shlain and send proof of payment to Head Office or your manager.
3. 
Pay Avroy the discounted amount; the rest is your 25% commission.
4. 
Example: On a R100 order, R25 is your commission (consider shipping costs). For R1500 monthly sales, you earn R375.
Commission Calculation:
1. 
Add brochure sales.
2. 
Divide by 1.5.
3. 
Multiply by 25%.
4. 
That’s your commission!
Customer Payment:
- Customers pay the brochure price. The SMS from Head Office will show the discounted amount; the difference is your commission.
Important:
- 
Orders held for 10 days must be paid or will be deleted (or by the 2nd if crossing into the next month).
- 
Shipping: Orders over R750 = +-R25; under R750 = +-R60.
You earn 25% on all products and can place unlimited orders per month!
