WhatsApp Status

Post specials and products on your WhatsApp status every day. People who are interested will message you directly — easy!

Friends & Family

Show the brochure to people you know. Give them a date you will place the order. Collect their money first, then place the order. Delivery: 5 working days (door to door — R25 shipping if order is R550+) or 7 working days (PEP PAXI collection point).

Work & Community

Bring the brochure to work, church, or your neighbourhood. People love to buy from someone they trust and see every day!

How to Place Your Order — Step by Step

Go to avroyshlain.co.za/sales-force and click Business Login

Username: Your account number
Password: Your own password

If your account number has 7 digits, use this password: Area074!

Go to Business Online → Reporting

Once logged in, click on Business Online, then click Reporting.

Click Quick Shop at the top

Look at the top of the page and click Quick Shop.

Check your name & address

Make sure you can see your name and correct delivery address before continuing.

Select your delivery address

Door to Door — delivered to your home in 5 working days
   • Orders R550+ — shipping only R25
   • Orders under R550 — shipping between R85–R110 depending on your area

PEP PAXI Collection Point — collect at your nearest PEP store in 7 working days
   • Best option if you live in a rural area or a dangerous area
   • Also a good choice if your order is under R550 — shipping will be less than door to door

Tip: Try to reach R550 per order — door to door drops to just R25!

Search for your products

Type the product code or name in the search bar, or browse the list. Change the quantity if you need more than 1. Not sure of a code? Check your brochure!

Click SUBMIT at the bottom

Once you have added all your products, scroll down and click SUBMIT.

R10 donation — click Continue

A block will pop up asking about a R10 donation. Click Continue or choose to donate — your choice!

Wait for your invoice

Your invoice will pop up on screen. Don't close the page — wait for it to load fully.

Pay for your order

Pay online — use your debit or credit card through the portal
Pay in store — screenshot the barcode and pay at a store

Always send proof of payment! Your order will not be processed without it.

Orders stay on hold for 10 days only. If not paid in time, the order is cancelled automatically.

The Golden Order Rule

Customer pays you first
→ You place the order
→ Door to door: 5 working days (R25 shipping on orders R550+)
→ PEP PAXI collection: 7 working days
→ You hand over products & keep the profit

R550 is the magic number! Orders of R550 or more — door to door shipping drops to only R25. Encourage customers to combine their orders to reach R550 together!
