Level 1 Beauty Advisor:
- Sign up 3 new Beauty Advisors
- Have personal sales of R1500 (paid and invoiced by the last day of the month).
- Team sales must be R4500 (paid orders).
- Earn 2% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account.

Level 2 Beauty Advisor:
- Sign up 6 new Beauty Advisors
- Have personal sales of R1500 (paid and invoiced by the last day of the month).
- Team sales must be R9000 (paid orders).
- Earn 4% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account.

Level 3 Beauty Advisor: (Level 3 and 4 sales were changed and is lower not, we have not received the new level picture. But will be updated ASAP)
- Sign up 10 new Beauty Advisors
- Have personal sales of R1500 (paid and invoiced by the last day of the month).
- Team sales must be R15000 (paid orders).
- Earn 6% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account.

FROM LEVEL 4 YOU GET PAID INTO YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. (Make sure to complete your forms)

New Manager Qualification is R16 500 Team Sales, plus 16 Recruits and Personal Sales of R1500 Invoiced by last day of the month this is - Level 4
Minimum Earnings R1147 its 8% of your team sales after vat has been deducted!
