- Fill & submit New GM contract by the 20th of the month
- Remember your personal order of R1500 per month
- You earn 8% commission (R1147 after 25% vat has been deducted)

Manager Below Threshold:
- Achieve R19 500 team sales (including personal sales)
- Remember your personal order of R1500 per month
- Earn 6% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account. (R1017 after 25% vat has been deducted)

Group Manager: 
- Achieve R21 000 team sales (including personal sales)
- Remember your personal order of R1500 per month
- Earn 11% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account. (R2008 after 25% vat has been deducted)

Senior Manager: 
- Achieve R53 000 team sales (including personal sales)
- Remember your personal order of R1500 per month
- Earn 12% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account. (R5530 after 25% vat has been deducted)

Executive Manager: 
- Achieve R86 000 team sales (including personal sales)
- Remember your personal order of R1500 per month
- Earn 12.5% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account. (R9347 after 25% vat has been deducted)

Million Rand Manager: 
- Achieve R142 000 team sales (including personal sales)
- Remember your personal order of R1500 per month
- Earn 13% of your team sales on the 15th of the following month, credited to your Avroy Shlain account. (R16 052 after 25% vat has been deducted)
