Returns & Product Complaints

**Please contact your Manager to help with your Return/Product Complaint**

For Returns:
Provide them with your Account Number, Invoice Number and which item you want to return and why.

If your return is approved, then we can arrange for the item/s to be collected at the delivery address. 

For Product Complaints/Reaction

Provide photos of allergic reaction and what products was used, what steps was it used in and has she used other products not from Avroy Shlain with her products bought. Give as much info as possible.
